From teaching to support staff, each member of the Yipirinya School team supports our mission to effectively provide two-way learning to Aboriginal children in the community of Alice Springs (Mparntwe) and surrounds.
The school offers a great work environment with attractive salary packaging and the opportunity for annual bonuses.
Relocation assistance will be provided where applicable and subsidised quality accommodation may also be available.
Yipirinya is committed to the professional development of their staff, particularly our Aboriginal staff.
Full time teachers work a nine day fortnight for their own professional development aspirations.
Please note: all staff are required to have a current NT Working with Children’s Clearance (Ochre Card).
Aboriginal people who live in a town camp may be able to access employment support such as assistance with resumes from Tangentyere Employment Services.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people should be aware that this website may contain images, voices, names and artwork of deceased people.
